What Materials Are Required for CCC Certification?

CCC certification materials are broadly divided into three parts: application materials (already covered in the original question), sample testing materials, and factory audit materials. Each section actually requires relatively few documents.

I. Initial Application vs. Renewal Application

Documents Required for Initial Application or Information Changes

- Compulsory Product Certification Application Form;

- Copy of the applicant's Business License or Registration Certificate (required for initial application or changes);

- Organizational structure diagram of the manufacturing plant (required for initial application or changes);

- Process flow diagram of the certified product (required for initial application or changes);

List of key instruments and equipment for routine inspection (as per factory quality control testing requirements in certification implementation rules) (provided for initial application or changes);

Product assembly drawings and electrical schematic diagrams;

Chinese nameplate and warning labels for the certified product (two copies);

Chinese user manual for the certified product;

Description of differences between product models within the same application unit;

Photographs of the appearance of each model within the same application unit (two copies);

Other relevant materials required as needed (e.g., provide CB test reports if available).

II: Documents Required for Subsequent Applications of Similar Products

1. Compulsory Product Certification Application Form;

2. Product assembly drawings and electrical schematic diagrams;

3. Chinese nameplate and warning labels for the certified product (two copies);

4. Chinese user manual for the product applying for certification;

5. Description of differences between models within the same application unit;
