Explosion-Proof Certification Technical Consulting Services:
An explosion-proof certificate refers to a document used to confirm that the equipment complies with standard requirements, type tests, and applicable routine tests. The certificate can be issued for Ex equipment or Ex components. All products within the scope of explosion-proof certification must obtain an explosion-proof certificate.

Classification of Explosion-Proof Certificates by Applicable Environment:
(1) Class I explosion-proof certificate, applicable to underground mines
(2) Class II explosion-proof certificate, applicable to explosive gas environments in non-underground mines
(3) Class III explosion-proof certificate, i.e., dust explosion-proof certificate, applicable to explosive dust environments
Classification of Explosion-Proof Certificates by Applicable Countries and Regions:
(1) Domestic explosion-proof certificate, applicable to explosion-proof electrical equipment in China
(2) ATEX certificate, applicable to explosion-proof electrical and non-electrical equipment in the EU market
(3) IECEx certificate, applicable to explosion-proof electrical and non-electrical equipment in IECEx member countries
(4) North American explosion-proof certificate, applicable to explosion-proof electrical equipment in North American countries
(5) Explosion-proof certificates of other countries
What Materials Are Required to Apply for an Explosion-Proof Certificate?
1. Enterprise Qualification
Copies of the enterprise's business license (for initial submission), letter of introduction/power of attorney/application letter.
2. Enterprise Quality Assurance Certificate
According to the provisions of GB3836.1-2010, the enterprise must provide a corresponding quality assurance certificate when submitting for review. If the enterprise has passed ISO9000 series certification, a copy of the ISO9000 series certification can be provided.
3. Technical Documentation
Technical documentation submitted by the enterprise includes enterprise standards or technical requirements, product drawings, instruction manuals, etc. All technical documentation should be provided in duplicate.
4. Samples for Explosion-Proof Certificate Application
The sample(s) submitted by the enterprise must be consistent with the reviewed drawings, fully assembled, and the number of samples must meet the requirements. If there are special disassembly tools, they should also be submitted.
