EAC Certification Definition: A unified conformity assessment system implemented by member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to ensure products comply with technical regulations.
Applicable Countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan.
Legal Validity: Certificates are valid throughout the entire union territory.
EAC Mark: Indicates the product complies with EAEU technical regulations and can be freely sold in member states.

3. Types of EAC Certification Documents
- EAC Certificate of Conformity (Certificate): Requires sample testing, possible factory audit in some cases, with selectable validity period (batch, 1–5 years).
- EAC Declaration of Conformity (Declaration): Declared by manufacturer/importer, registered and filed, with lower cost and shorter cycle.
4. Differences Between Certificate and Declaration
- Certificate of Conformity: Issued by accredited bodies, includes testing, possible factory audit, higher authority.
- Declaration of Conformity: Submitted and registered by manufacturer or importer, with simplified procedures.

6. Certification Timeline and Costs
Declaration of Conformity: Approximately 1 week, several thousand yuan.
Certificate of Conformity: 3–4 months, costs ranging from several thousand to hundreds of thousands, depending on product category and testing requirements.
7. Required Application Documents
- Manufacturer Information: Business license, ISO9001 certificate, company qualifications.
- Product Information: Model, user manual (English/Russian), drawings, nameplate, photos, test reports.
- Authorized Representative Information: Company qualifications within the union (INN/OGRN certificates).
- Contract Documents: Sales contract, invoices, etc. required for single-batch certification.
