4. Evaluation of Power Frequency Magnetic Field Immunity Test Results
The results of the power frequency magnetic field test should be classified according to the functional loss or performance degradation of the EUT. These classifications are related to the performance levels specified by the manufacturer, test applicant, or agreed upon between the manufacturer and user. The recommended classifications are as follows:
A) Normal performance within the limits specified by the manufacturer, applicant, or user;
B) Temporary degradation or loss of function or performance, but the EUT recovers its normal performance automatically after the disturbance ceases, without operator intervention;
C) Temporary degradation or loss of function or performance, requiring operator intervention to recover;
D) Degradation or loss of function that cannot recover automatically due to hardware or software damage, or data loss.
The manufacturer's specifications may define which responses of the EUT can be ignored or are acceptable.
In the absence of suitable generic, product, or product family standards, this classification can be established by the responsible technical committee for the product as a guideline for defining functional criteria, or as a framework for performance specifications negotiated between the manufacturer and purchaser.
5. Power Frequency Magnetic Field Immunity Test Process
1) Provide product information and test conditions. GTS will provide a quotation based on the product type, test conditions, product dimensions, etc.;
2) Complete the application form and send the samples to the laboratory for testing.
3) Provide the required samples for testing (please confirm the quantity with our staff);
4) After testing is completed, the test report will be issued. (For more information on the process, please call: 400-618-3600)
