1. Gas Corrosion Test Introduction:
The gas corrosion test utilizes gases such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, chlorine, and hydrogen sulfide to accelerate corrosion on materials or products under specific temperature and relative humidity conditions. It reproduces the damage level that materials or products would suffer within a certain time frame and allows for the comparison of the quality of similar protective coatings. It is used to determine the adaptability of components, electronic elements, metal materials, electrical and electronic products' protective coatings, and industrial products when working or stored in mixed gas environments, especially the corrosion resistance of contacts and connectors.
