1. Introduction to Metal Halide Lamp Light Exposure Testing:

A metal halide lamp is a type of gas-discharge lamp. When electrified, metal halides can provide a spectral energy distribution very similar to that of direct and scattered sunlight. This method is highly efficient; by arranging multiple radiation sources in a specific configuration, a single illumination source effect can be achieved. The spectral distribution of metal halide lamps closely resembles the sunlight received at the Earth's surface. However, due to the large scale of equipment required for this type of light source simulation testing, it is primarily suitable for large-scale equipment such as complete vehicles and their components, as well as large electrical and electronic products.
